Shifts:

Work 8 hours Saturday and 8 Sunday and receive 3 hours Baylor hours.

Work 12 hours Saturday and 12 hours Sunday and receive 6 Baylor hours

Work 16 hours Saturday and 16Sunday and receive 8 hours Baylor hours.

Responsibilities:

• Provide resident care in accordance with nursing standards, the written plan of care, and the physician’s plan of treatment.
• Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager.
• Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
• Ensure accurate documentation as per provided orders.
  
  

Requirements:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in NJ state.
• Minimum 1-year experience as a nurse.
• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to interact tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors, government agencies, and the public.
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing care centers.
• Leadership and supervisory abilities with the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
