Sub-Acute Unit Manager (RN or LPN) – Full-Time

We are looking for a dedicated RN or LPN Unit Manager who shares our commitment to exceptional care and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of both residents and staff. What You’ll Do as a Sub-Acute Unit Manager:
- Lead and supervise nursing staff on your assigned unit
- Monitor patient care, including medication administration and treatment plans
- Conduct nursing rounds multiple times per shift
- Educate staff, residents, and families on health conditions and care plans
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure documentation meets HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Support staff development and uphold quality standards
- Step in where needed and help foster a team-oriented culture
- RN or LPN License in the State of New Jersey (required and in good standing)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Experience in sub-acute, long-term, or palliative care (preferred)
- Supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday; weekend rotation TBD
