(RN) Registered Nurse-Unit Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred
• Previous dialysis experience preferred
• Prior experience in staff management preferred
• Supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts, including oversight of medication administration, blood draws, and other aspects of patient care
• Conduct regular nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and family members as needed
• Assess individual patient needs to develop and implement appropriate care plans
• Monitor and document treatments and patient progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with supervising physicians to support residents’ recovery and overall care
• Ensure staff compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
